Speakers

Michael Henderson

Michael Henderson is a Senior Quality Systems consultant, with thirty plus years experience in Quality Management and Welding. Mike has worked with the Valve, forgings, machining, weld fabrication and weld fittings industries. Mike is an AWS Senior Certified Welding Inspector (SCWI) and RAB Certified QMS Auditor/Senior Auditor with extensive knowledge of Codes and Standards in the Oil and Gas and industries.

Such as API, ASTM, ASME, CSA, ISO, and MSS. Mike has worked with ASME and AWS welding requirements both on land and off-shore.  Mike is a member of ASME B 16 main committee and a former chairman of B16 sub committee “C” for flanges and flanged fittings. Mike served on the BOD of MSS for 5 years. He is a member of ASTM A06 main committee on steel materials.

Mike currently works for TIEC - Texas International Engineering Consultants, consulting and teaching Welding Inspection and Material Test Report evaluation classes, helping companies to implement Quality Management Systems that really work for the benefit of the companies and industry.


Roy Delgatty

Roy Delgatty Profile: LeTourneau University – Bachelor of Science in Welding Engineering Technology, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University – Masters of Science in Technical Management, Senior CWI, ASNT Level III in UT, RT, PT, MT, Silver AWS member, and professor at Lone Star College Houston TX.
Roy's work title is Global NDE Level III, SCWI, and Principle QE for Vetco Gray – a GE Oil and Gas business.

 

 


Jerry Fulin

Jerry Fulin is presently the Quality Control Manager for WeldSonix Inc. in Houston Texas. Jerry has over 35 years experience in the pipeline industry. Currently holds ASNT Level III certifications in UT, MT and PT, ACCP level II certifications in UT, RT and VT, and API certifications in 510 and 653. Jerry has extensive background in NDT on natural gas pipelines, associated pipeline facilities and pipe girth weld inspections. Jerry has served as chairman of the Greater Houston Section of ASNT and served on several national conference committees for ASNT. Jerry has been a part time instructor at different institutions for many years.

 


Jim Halley

Jim Halley, President of Advanced Inspection Technologies has been performing advanced NDE services in nuclear power and fossil plants, in chemical plants and refineries, on construction projects and in manufacturing and fabrication facilities worldwide for over 28 years. Jim has been involved in performing Automated Ultrasonic Testing (AUT) for over twenty-two years, with the past twelve being in phased array. Jim has held ASNT Level III’s in UT, PT, MT and VT, an API QUTE, an AWS CWI and numerous manual and automated UT certifications from the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI).
